Looking to build a new healthy habit? Maybe you're looking for support as you quit smoking or improve your yoga practice, which is where Streak, a "to-do list that helps you form good habits," should come into play! 

This app turns your smartphone into a focused goal tracker. By picking out up to six different goals, users can map out good habits that they'd like to have, and then try to keep a "streak" of meeting that behavior. Breaking the streak means falling back to zero and starting all over again.

Streak measures out your high scores and keeps track of your longest streaks. We like that this iPhone and Android app celebrates changes as they're made and think it would be a positive part of any new health regimen.
