Need Internet on the Go? – AT&T Unveils $5 Internet ‘Day Pass’ for Tablets
Published on October 23, 2013

If you are a tablet user who is frequently on-the-go or traveling, you may be pleased to hear about this pay per day data based internet service recently released by AT&T.
Tablet users can now purchase $5 day passes that offer 250mb of data usage.
This means affordable internet on the go, without having to subscribe to a plan.
You can purchase these data passes directly from tablets that have cellular connectivity. It is a good alternative to, say, hotel internet or purchasing wi-fi access at the airport.
Want to have internet on your tablet for more than 24 hours?
AT&T also offers a $25 option that purchases 1GB of data to be used whenever you would like over a period of 3 months.
"We really think that a Wi-Fi only tablet is good, but it is not good enough," said Chris Penrose, senior VP of AT&T.
How do you sign up?
Users with cellular-capable tablets can sign up by clicking here, and following the 4-step purchase process. It is only compatible with an AT&T SIM card.
