Janet Torelli is a creative force, and needed a website to match - complete with eCommerce functionality to enable shoppers to view and shop from her extraordinary collection.

Geek Chicago worked with closely with Janet to develop a new custom website that supported her goals by:

  • Reflecting an up-to-date brand image
  • Increasing visibility on Google search results pages through SEO-friendly construction
  • Enabling online payments via third party eCommerce integration

Success

Janet writes:

"Jason and his creative team were a pleasure to work with. They provided really cool custom features to my website, and it looks great on mobile devices!"

Working from a style guide designed by our friends at Angela Carpenter Creative, Geek Chicago developed a new website, built through the integration of WordPress and WooCommerce. Playing with textures, colors, and patterns, Janet’s site is built to have a strong visual appeal, while also providing optimal functionality and ease-of-use on desktop and mobile devices. For ease of support, Geek Chicago modeled the technologies in use on another of the client’s existing sites.

This new site enables customers to seamlessly browse and purchase Janet’s unique product offerings online. As we launched, Geek Chicago’s development team provided education and training to the client on content management, SEO, and eCommerce.
