Founded in 2006 by Bono and Bobby Shriver, (RED) is a charity organization that partners with brands and companies to raise money for the fight against AIDS around the world. According to the organization, (RED) has helped generate more than $465 million for The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria and in support of HIV/AIDS grants in countries around Africa.
All told, (RED) has helped more than 90 million people gain access to HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, counseling, testing, and care services.
The best part? To support this inspiring organization, all you have to do is purchase the gadgets and goodies that are already on your wishlist; as long as you buy the (RED) branded version of the product, the partner organization will make a contribution.
